We continue to deliver onsite First Aid at Work Training to essential services and businesses that can provide suitable, socially distanced and covid-19 safe venues. New First Aid at Work with Blended Learning
This new course helps to build a solid foundation to your first aid at work skills. The aim of the course is to give you the knowledge, confidence and abilities to deal with first aid emergencies in your working enviroment.
The course has a pre learning flexible online training that covers a variety of topics.
We will come onsite to deliver your First Aid at Work Training where you will be continuosly assessed and supported throughout this course to ensure you achieve the neccessary standards. while maintaining social distancing and working with you to protect against covid-19.
You will also have two theory tests to check you acquired knowledge and when you are successful, be issued with a First Aid At Work certificate.
New First Aid Requalification Course with Blended Learning
This course must be completed by all first aiders who hold a valid certificate every three years. As a first aider you will receive a thorough updating of your skills, reviewing and incorporating any changes.
There is a flexible online blended learning element to the course and this will be completed before you attend your classroom training.
We will come onsite to deliver your First Aid at Work Training where you will be continuosly assessed and supported throughout this course to ensure you achieve the neccessary standards. while maintaining social distancing and working with you to protect against covid-19.
Practical assessments include, CPR, recovery position, dealing with spinal injuries, wounds and bleeding, shock.
Candidates will also have two theory tests to check their aquired knowledge and when you are successful be issued with a new First Aid At Work certificate.
Emergency First Aid at Work Course 1 day
This is an ideal course if you are a therapist, coach or trainer who has contact with clients on a one to one or group basis and you want to ensure that you have the ability to recognise and deal with life threatening conditions, major and minor illnesses as well as cuts or minor wounds.
You will have to complete practical assessments on CPR, Unconcious Casualties, wounds, nleeding and shock as well as a theory paper.
You will be supported throughout by your appointed trainer who will gelp coach you to successful completion of the course.
